Ct of head and neck with & w/o contrast came back ok. blood test also ok. headaches started only with exercise. now, sporadically thru the day. massaging/heat helps with pain. ibuprofen (600mg) doesnt work. scoliosis and reverse curve of neck. tips?

Likely migraine: You are likely experiencing the first episodes of migraine. This could be very sporadic and infrequent or you could encounter frequency. Too much ibuprofen will make it worse. Persistent events would indicate neurological consultation.
