Swallow Semen: No sure what you mean "safe". Semen can contain various medications he is taking & if you are allergic to them beware. By safe. if you mean can you get pregnant the answer is no. If by safe, you mean can semen infect me with what ever he has. The answer is yes depending on if HIV you may get from swallowing semen depending on open sores or cuts in your mouth. As well as other goodies he has.
