No: Chicken is no worse than most foods for stomach ulcers. Any time that you put food into your stomach, acid and enzymes are released to help digest the food. The acid released can irritate the ulcer. Acid blocking medicines like Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) and ranitidine are used to allow the ulcer to heal. If you eat a particular food and it hurts your stomach then avoid it, but chicken is not a particular problem.
