Stop Aspirin: Not only is the answer a very loud no. But, Aspirin over use can cause head aches. You have to find a different way to treat your head ache.

Better choices: There are better choices, smoking and alcohol aggravate gastritis you should talk to your doctor about why you have chronic headaches.

I have upper abdomen (ulcer like) pain lately that isn't relieved my omeprazole or ranitidine. They used to work just fine for that kind of pain.
I take +/- 8 ranitidine 300mg per day for my ulcer it hurts badly. I know aspirin makes it worse but have nothing else for the pain. Is there any harm from the dosage i take of ranitidine?
Is it an ulcer? Severe burning pain in the esophagus and stomach. Antacids (tums) taken, fallowed by ranitidine 75mg and Prilosec otc.
Alternative to omeprazole I have been prescribed omeprazole for stomach ulcer. I have had terrible side effects, dizziness, headaches, vertigo. What is an alternative to this that won't cause these side effects. I am 48 and female
