Varies: More history and an exam would be helpful. Was there an injury? Among the more common causes of pain and swelling of the forearm can include overuse syndromes, Tendonitis, epicondylitis, peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes, among other possibilities. Don't hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis.
