One possibility is that that it has now returned to normal size but you can feel it because you now know where it is at.

Acute localized lymphadenopathy after a COVID-19 shot/booster usually lasts 3-4 days to 5-7 days, anything more than that should be evaluated with some basic work up to rule out any malignancy.
