Possible reasons are: 1: Nerve cause, like A Carpal Tunnel or Cubital T (the Funny Bone nerve lesion); 2: Muscle: a pulled muscle or tear; 3: Tendon: tendonitis, Tennis elbow, Golfer's elbow; 4: A Fracture, if injured or from a weakened bone breaking with minor activity; 5: skin infection or inflammation; 6: Referred pain from the neck/spine.
