Elbow Pain: You don't mention an x-ray. If you haven't had one, speak with your doctor about this.

No: I would request a follow up MRI exam of the elbow. The elbow is tricky and the MRI will show if there is a tiny fragment type of fracture, bone bruise, injury to ligament or tendons, etc.
