I have a pinched nerve in back and sore foot and toes. will physio help with pain in foot? aslo would a massage of foot be recommended?

It may help: It's depends what nerve is pinched and where the pain is in the foot and the toes. this may all fit but you need an evaluation to clarify these differences

Lumbar Radiculopathy: Knowing the source of the symptoms is important providing care. Pain extending into the big toe usually indicates a L5 nerve root problem and pain that extends into the baby toe is typically the S1 nerve root. Many times physiotherapy is started prior to knowing the source of symptoms and some problems will improve with time and therapy while others may benefit from an injection or surgery.
