Sore foot: Nerve damage or neuropathy in toes usually cause numbness, tingling or pins and needles sensation. I believe a podiatrist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you for the prolonged foot soreness. Spinal stenosis wouldn't be a cause in my opinion.
