I have sore toes on both feet from trapped nerve in lower back. tried physio but didn't help. what can i do for pain, unbearable to walk with no shoes?

Sore feet: Unusual that both feet hurt from back. If pain barefoot may be plantar faciitis or neuropathy . For plantar faciitis try massage balls ( golf balls for feet), kinesiotape. For neuropathy get testing and check B12 level , also insure no diabetes, lead/ alcohol issues. if it is truly back pain steroids may help as can NSAIDS ( motrin- if not allergic, muscle relaxers and gabapentin f/u /w /doc

Consider: Injection at the nerve entrapment. Stretching is still important.....
