Evaluation.: There is a host of conditions that can be responsible for both sore toes and sore feet. A pinched nerve would not be at the top of the list, but it is certainly a consideration. A more complete history and assessment are needed to isolate the true problem. if the symptoms are indeed due to a back problem, most specialists should be able to make the call.
