I have dull pain under of my left leg above the knee and outside of my leg just below the knee - bottom of my foot is numb and achilles tendon is sore. physio thinks stretched nerve - healing time?

variable: Your symptoms do suggest a nerve stretch injury. To be sure get examined by an ors. Nerve 'stretch' injuries can improve w/in weeks but sometimes take months!

see a neurologist: It could be pathology of peroneal nerve or sciatic nerve. Ncv/emg test would help.
