Numbness feet: Ok see your GP for blood test. Usually it takes 15-20 yr for diabetic neuropathy to set in if the blood sugars are not well controlled . Discuss with GP please

Actually: You are having symptoms, numb toes in feet is a possible sign of diabetes. The emg/ncv should be able to differentiate between diabetic neuropathy and a radiculopathy.
