Spot reducing: Does not happen. We loose weight all over. You can work with a personal trainer to learn exercises to turn fat into muscle in the areas you mention. Try not to focus on the number on the scale but on your health. This can also help w/depression. Peace and good health. Talk to your doctor about a low carb higher protein food plan.
