Abs N no sugar drink: Doing abdominal strengthening exercises will tone up the muscles under the fat (and make it appear to be less). But no exercise will reduce this fat preferentially. Likewise no special foods although recent work suggests sugar and fructose drinks can cause belly fat to accumulate preferentially.
