Free hemoglobin: The hemoglobin was detected but red cells were not seen on sediment. A dilute urine sample, one that's stood around, or if it's actually myoglobin or a contaminant.

Dipstick urine test shows trace blood. When I test first thing in the morning results are always negative but they are positive throughout the day.
