Tooth infection: Penicillin may not he a strong enough medication for your infection now. You may need a broad spectrum antibiotic ie; Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) if not allergic, but since your eye is now involved go to the nearest emergency room , the infection may have spread to a facial space which is very dangerous or possibly life threatening.

Doctor's attention: You need to get in touch with the doctor who's taking care of you. While yout symproms could be coincidental, infections at times don't respond to certain antibiotics. You should follow up with your doctor/ dentist immediately.
