A member asked:

I have done cross linking procedure twice on both eyes. i have scleral lenses for almost a year now. my eyes in the last few +/-2 months have been constantly red & get headaches. could it be an infection or an allergy or should the lenses be changed?

Get checked: If you have scleral lenses and you are having persistent redness for two months you should see your provider. Could be an allergic conjunctivitis or could be an issue with the lens itself-infection or rejection of lens by the body. Let the provider who installed the lenses know about your issue.
