Treat the tooth: Always treat the source of the pain (tooth in your case) and not the site of the pain (sinus in your case). Good luck.

Perhaps: See your Dentist or a specialist Endodontist to have your teeth evaluated for abscess. If tooth/teeth infected it/they should be treated coincidentally with your sinus/throat treatment.
