Sleep quality: In addition to seeing your therapist please make sure you have discussed this thoroughly with your doctor. There MAY be a medical component as well. I'm not suggesting sleeping medication but rather a diagnostic work up. Peace and good health.

INSOMNIA: Getting a good night's sleep is very important for physical and mental health. Insomnia might be due to several different reasons. First have a complete physical exam by a Dr. to rule out an underlying biological problem. If no problem consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy that helps you benefit from medication prescribed by a Psychiatrist. You my benefit from a sleep study.
