Need to see doctor: ASAP! Your cause can be cardiac, anxiety or thyroid related and without a physical exam done, it's impossible to tell what's going on. So you need to call your doctor, and see her/him quickly. It can be all 3. At your young age, anxiety tops the list, but stomach discomfort is another indicator. So, don't delay and get help!

INSOMNIA: Getting a good night's sleep is very important for physical and mental health. Insomnia might be due to several different reasons. First have a complete physical exam by a Dr. to rule out an underlying biological problem. If no problem consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy that helps you benefit from medication prescribed by a Psychiatrist. You may benefit from a sleep study.
