Most likely not: I hope that you get annual head to toe dermatological assessment so that all moles/ skin lesions can be visualized.

Doubtful : Usually moles and varicose veins are not related. If either of them are still giving you significant problems, you should see your doctor or a dermatologist. Good luck.
