Skin cancer can occur at almost any age, likely excluding the very young. If you are concerned about a mole, you need to get it checked. Suspicious moles typically have different colors within the mole and/or they are getting bigger. But, if you are concerned about this new mole, have it checked by your doctor or your dermatologist. Use sunscreen for prevention. Good luck!
