Pins and needles: Your hand symptoms may be caused by carpal tunnel syndrome which is a pinching of nerves going to fingers by thickened ligaments in the wrist. This is seen in.people who perform repetitive hand activities at work,etc. A hand surgeon can evaluate and advise you. Frequent pins and needles can be from deficiencies of calcium and magnesium. Get tested or try supplements.
