See below: If stable over 2 years, it's likely not cancerous. It could be just an enlarged node with nothing to worry about. It could be something like sarcoid. In the grand scheme of things, this isn't a terribly large node by the measurements you listed. It's difficult to say with out seeing the images and knowing your history though. Hope this helps.
