If it has: been stable for 2 years, in all likelihood it is not cancerous and of no significance. Cancers grow, and your lymph node hasn't.

Lymph node.: It would be very unlikely for a cancerous lymph node to not grow over a two year period. That being said commonly I think it's curious to know where this lymph node has come from. Is there anything causing this to be enlarged? Has this been looked into?
