Is a paratracheal lymph node that has increased in short axis from 7mm to 9 mm in 2 years worrying? is it worth monitoring, worried about lung cancer.

Worth watching: not worth worrying ...if your physician is concerned he/she will order advanced imaging eg: CAT scan with Contrast of your lungs/mediastinum! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
