Evaluation: I would suggest further evaluation with imaging and blood testing to expalin thelymphadenopathy-probably benign- get checked.

You need follow up: Enlarged nodes may be nothing, but could be serious. This requires you to see a physician. The person who ordered the study might be appropriate. At age 40 you should have a primary care doc. See him/her and if he refers to a specialist, follow up with that person.
