When i touch or scratch a certain spot on the left side/top of my foot i get this weird tingling sensation when i do it and sometimes goes into my last 3 toes. just started today. no diabetes. but back issue herniated and bulged discs from l4 to s1?

This could be related. The area of the back pathology is related to that area of the foot. A neurology consultant would be able to better access your concerns

Back Issues can cause this. Neuromas in the third space can also cause tingling, burning, and even numbness.

Back issues and herniated and bulging discs could cause such symptoms. Physical Therapy can help as can wearing back support to decompress the nerve impingement. Vitamin B6 & B12 especially in B-50 complex can also help with calming the neuropathies. See Neurologist if symptoms persist.
