I have had numbness and tingling in my left foot with soreness and itching at times the pain comes in my leg also.could this be because i have sciatic?

Sciatica is a common presentation of a disc in the back with pain and numbness affecting the sciatic nerve the symptoms radiate from the back to the back of the leg and sometimes all the way to the foot.

In the absence of back pain the possibility of sciatic pain is low. Since symptoms are confined to foot and leg, a pinched nerve is more likely. Emg will help. See a neurologist.
