Get educated: There are excellent guides for vegetarian teenagers. www.vegsoc.org/document.doc?id=207www.veganhealth.org/articles/teens kidshealth.org/en/teens/vegan.html It is most important for vegetarians to insure they are getting enough protein, calcium, vitamin D, iron and B12. There are non animal dietary sources for protein, calcium, and iron, but you will likely need to take a B12 and D supplement.
