Set goals: If your goal is a weight, fitting into clothes, how you feel, or what you look like pick a goal and go for it. Take it in small steps and make them realistic and achievable in 1-2 weeks. Once you have got some of them under your belt it is easy to gain momentum and give yourself bigger challenges. This is one strategy.
