See below: Come up with a plan that fits in your lifestyle. Doing a group activity helps. Set up weekly goals that are achievable, start slowly and gradually build up your routine. Find activities that you really enjoy. Hope this helps.

Set goals: If your goal is a weight, fitting into clothes, how you feel, or what you look like pick a goal and go for it. Take it in small steps and make them realistic and achievable in 1-2 weeks. Once you have got some of them under your belt it is easy to gain momentum and give yourself bigger challenges. This is one strategy.
