Are : Are you eating enough a few hours before your spinning class? If not you may be dealing with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This can cause the symptoms you described. Try eating a meal at least two hours before working out and monitor for effect. Also, consider seeing your doctor for a physical to make sure there are no underlying conditions that are contributing or causing your symptoms. All the best.
