Can you give me the recommended exercise routine?

Depends on your goal: An individual's exercise routine will depend on the goal(s) of that individual. A general recommendation, however, would include at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 4 days a week, light to moderate resistance (weight) training 2-3 days a week, alternating upper body with lower body, and daily stretching for improved flexibility.

Agreed: I agree. Cardio fitness coupled with a healthy diet is best for weight loss. Discuss your goals with a personal trainer; they will be able to put a routine together for you. Best of luck!
