22 min a day!: Studies show that 150 min of aerobic exercise a week, divided by at least 5 days is optimal for health. So, that's just 22 min daily, 7 days per week, 25 min/day 6 days per week, or 30 min per day 5 days per week. Any exercise that is non-stop and gets you breathing a bit harder and feeling a little warm is great. So, bike, walk (briskly), swim, treadmill, a class, etc. Are all great!
