Gaining size: In general, requires lifting heavy, eating a lot, and resting enough. Endurance work will improve with muscle gains in any event. Sprints in which spurts of intense work is combined with low impact activity create endurance gains. A combination of these two exercise approaches will accomplish both goals. Good luck!
