Mri was taking of large fatty mass in back of shoulder, came back as lipoma. can lipoma turn into liposarcoma?

No,: but sometimes it may be difficult to distinguish a lipoma from a low grade liposarcoma on imaging, particularly the larger lesions. Lipomas are much more common.
