Large lipoma in shoulder blade causing pain in arm. can mri be enough for the diagnosing or could it be liposarcoma?

MRI: is usually sufficient to make a presumptive diagnosis of lipoma. However, it may sometimes be difficult, particularly in larger lesions, to rule out a low grade liposarcoma due to some overlap in their appearances. Luckily, lipomas are extremely common, and liposarcomas are very uncommon. I
