I had my upper left molar taken out 3 days ago and my socket has this yellow gooey thing inside is this normal and i still have pain but not too bad

Extraction socket: It sounds like the area is healing normally, especially if there is no increased swelling or pain. It's hard to tell without personally examining the socket but what you describe is how patients generally describe a normal healthy socket three days after the extraction. If anything changes for the worse, call your own dentist and discuss.

OK: From your description it sounds as iff you are healing normally. If you are even the least bit concerned, call your Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon, the practitioner that knows your circumstances best, and request a post- surgical reevaluation.
