Dental disease: Go back and see the dentist who did the extraction. Without an exam cannot tell whether or not this is normal, but your dentist will know immediately. Sounds as if you may have a post-extraction infection. Hope this gets better soon.

Call the dentist!: Call the dentist who did the extraction right now and tell them what you are experiencing. They should be able to best advise you, and to give you antibiotics if indicated.
