Limit your intake: of red meat and dairy products made with whole milk to reduce your saturated and trans far intake. Choose skim milk, low fat or fat-free dairy products. Limit fried food and use healthy oils in cooking (vegetable oil). To lower triglycerides cut sugar (sweets, desserts, candy, soda pop, syrup, alcohol) and increase fiber. Attain/maintain ideal weight. Exercise nearly daily. Good wishes:)
