Possible CAD: Your goals for LDL are based on your risk factors for atherosclerosis, so unable to tell you accurately about your "ideal" lipid levels. However, you do appear to have dyslipidemia, and probably " metabolic syndrome". These are major risk factors for developing coronary artery disease.
