Relatively serious: The triglyceride level is very high. Are you sure you didn't eat for 12 hours prior to the blood draw? If so, then you have a genetically induced abnormal triglyceride level. Even though the total cholesterol isn't bad, there's too much fat in the blood. You should consult your doctor within a few weeks. One natural thing to take is fish oil, for which your doctor can recommend the right dose.

Too high on: Triglycerides ...Make sure you were fasting appropriately. Fish oil 1-3 grams/day can be effective in lowering as well as diet, exercise & weight loss as well as blood sugar control if diabetic.
