OK: Although your LDL is borderline (130 to 159) your HDL is protective. Some things to consider would be taking some garlic, niacin or flax seed or fish oil daily. If you do not eat oat meal this is a very good food to help reduce lipids. A low glycemic diet (Mediterranean is good example) would help. Exercise is good especially try to incorporate high intensity sessions weekly.
