See your MD: Hard to evaluate you over the net. Those are very general symptoms that could have many different causes. If you've had a change in your baseline condition you should see your md. They can evaluate and perform some tests to make sure everything is ok.

Amylase was 208 U/L (ref range 31-110) and lipase was 253 U/L (ref range 13-78). CT of pancreas was normal but have symptoms like nausea, fatty stools, fatigue and weight loss with extreme thirst. Could it be chronic pancreatitis instead of acute?
