Onglyza (saxagliptin): Onglyza (saxagliptin) does have side effect of pancreatitis. But you have been taking this medication for two years, and it is unlikely that you will have pancreatitis. If you have abdominal pain not resolving, then you should seek medical attention.

Drug : It is a case by case situation, you won't necessarily develope pancreatitis, consult with your doctor.

Yes: Onglyza (saxagliptin) is probably safe in pregnancy, although we recommend insulin. Insulin gives us better control of the blood sugars in pregnancy partly because of the effect hormones can have on your blood sugars.

Type of headache: You have chronic headaches, which simply get better with a carbohydrate load. If you haven't seen a neurologist, do so. These are pretty much always benign.

Tylenol, (acetaminophen) then wait: A 2 year-old toddler with mild cold symptoms can use tylenol (acetaminophen) for fevers, aches, or fussiness, during the first 2-3 days. Over-the-counter cold and cough medicines are not recommended for young children. If a toddler has changes in behavior, higher fevers, ear or throat pain, or any other worrisome symptoms, he should see a doctor for an evaluation.
