I take onglyza (saxagliptin) 2.5 mg for 2 years. i'm worried about pancreatitis. is the drug safe? i'm very tired of having the disease.

Onglyza (saxagliptin): Onglyza (saxagliptin) does have side effect of pancreatitis. But you have been taking this medication for two years, and it is unlikely that you will have pancreatitis. If you have abdominal pain not resolving, then you should seek medical attention.
