Doubt its cancer: Floating stool without much color usually indicates poor absorption of fat from your diet. A poorly functioning gallbladder, pancreas or small intestine can be involved. While pancreas cancer can cause such symptoms this is not the usual way cancer is found and 29 is a bit young for pancreas cancer but you should see your doctor to get the other issues on the list checked.

Malabsorption: Floating stool usually has a high fat content. Pancreatitis can cause this. A GI evaluation ANS ct scan can evaluate for pancreatic dis including cancer. Also stool evaluation could be helpful.
