Very painful very loud snapping scapula for 1yr. physio not helping. what is the best imaging for this if mri is not an option for me?

No imaging.: The condition sounds like a functional one (in how the tendon moves). Functional problems are not well evaluated by imaging tests. (Imaging tests are good for anatomical problems - like if their is a tumor or something growing on the tendon. That would be obvious on exam). See an orthopedic surgeon for advice on what to do. He/she should do a thorough before advising treatment. Or HealthTap Prime
