Ok so i was having a back pain near scapula and lower rib on the left side...so my doctor recommended me to get an mri of the spine and the impression of the spine is traumatic wedging of d4 to d7 vertebral bodies...does that mean it's a fracture?

I think you meant T4-T7 which are correlated with your pain area. Yes, for spine fracture the term is compression or wedge fracture.
